SUMMARY
Sierra worked as a strategic communications fellow with Navigate the Maze to Achievement (NTMA). Navigate the Maze to Achievement creates access to NYC specialized and selective high schools for high-performing, underrepresented students. Sierra assisted NTMA in creating and executing a communication plan to reach students, families, and supporters in the most effective ways. She launched NTMA’s social media presence and helped to create various communication templates.
