Jesus worked with Fiver Children’s Foundation as a Participant Onboarding Fellow. During the fellowship, he worked to improve the new participant registration process to make it more accessible and helpful to parents/guardians. He also helped develop new marketing materials to recruit new participants.

Overview

• Reviewed previous marketing materials and available resources to inform project scope

• Developed a new participant brochure that outlines the organization’s mission, history, services, and statistics

• Created a presentation that gives an overview about the organization

• Conducted interviews with current participants and alumni about the program

• Created post-camp and marketing material feedback surveys to inform future programming

• Filmed and edited a camp tour video

Impact

Marketing materials will support the onboarding of nearly 50 youth and their families starting January 2022.
