Summary
Dakari worked with Territory NFP as both a program evaluator and a program facilitator. As a program evaluator, she reviewed past surveys to identify areas of impact and improvement of the programs. As a facilitator, Dakari overasw the launch of a new program within the Austin neighborhood in Chicago.

Reviewed the mission statement and logic model to identify Territory’s values and goals
Compiled and analyzed surveys that were distributed to identify patterns of youth responses
Developed both an entrance and an exit survey for youth members to evaluate the desired values and goals of Territory

Through meetings with staff and partners, identified the goals and limitations of the program
Met with youth interns to plan curriculum and overall goals each week
Facilitated curriculum daily and adjusted program based on the needs of the group
