SUMMARY
Nicole worked as a Program Development Fellow with Navigate the Maze to Achievement. Navigate the Maze to Achievement prepares talented and highly motivated Black and Latino students for the specialized and selective high school admissions process and supports the students academically and socially while in high school. There, Nicole designed a comprehensive curriculum, outlining holistic support resources for students and their families, and collecting data on New York's top gifted and talented middle schools.
