Laknath Gunathilake with Row New York

Summary

Laknath worked with Row New York as a Program Evaluation Fellow. He worked to determine attrition rates among students who participate in Row New York’s High School Rowing Program to determine who has a higher chance of dropping out of the program. Laknath created a data handbook along with impact reports for each borough that Row New York works in.
