SUMMARY
Jazmine worked on three major projects for the 2021 Summer Soccer Scholars Program at South Bronx United (SBU). To instill motivation and catalyze team building skills, Jazmine re-designed and implemented a positive behavior incentive system. She also assisted with planning, implementing and facilitating training for the 2021 Summer Scholars Program. Additionally, Jazmine implemented a business curriculum, provided by We Thrive’s organization, to 30 middle school and high school students.

Developed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the “Color Cup” system
Implemented the “We Thrive” curriculum for a middle school and high school business class
Supported SBU in planning and implementing the 2021 Summer Scholars Program
Facilitated the training program for Summer Scholars interns and teaching staff
IMPACT
Approximately 80 students in the Summer Scholars program, with a broader impact on all 190 SBU Academy youth.
